Rule 2. NO Sexual Abuse.
Rule 3. NO Videos that make people jump I.E. the exorcist .
Rule 4. NO Videos that contain things that people may find offencive I.E. racist videos.
Rule 5. NO Videos that contain things that people may find disturbing I.E. someone cutting someone's or somthing's guts or anthing like that.
